Small (2 lawyers, Bev Cantle and Tony Carmichael) and new (established in 2001), but with a combined experience of over 50 years in legal practice we have the experience and expertise to ensure a high standard of service for our clients.

We use up-to-date computer technology - including email, web based researching, web based property searches, electronic stamping of documents to maximise our ability to deliver a cost efficient legal service to our clients.

We are open about our costs and charges and aim to deliver the best, most cost efficient service possible. We are happy to discuss a number of alternative billing arrangements with clients including:

• A lump sum agreement
• A set fee for particular work
• Limited contingency fee
